1. Return Rights & Conditions
You have the right to return most items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for return:
Item must be in original condition: new, unassembled, and unused
Include all original tags, labels, and accessories
Use original, complete protective packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
Assembled furniture
Customized or personalized items
Opened personal hygiene products
Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions
3. Return Procedure
To return an item:
Contact Us: Email info@aplati.shop with your order number and return reason
Authorization: We'll email you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions
Shipping: Securely package the item and ship to the address provided with your RMA
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
4. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
We clearly distinguish return shipping responsibilities:
Customer Pays Return Shipping:
Change of mind
Incorrect purchase selection
No longer needed
We Pay Return Shipping:
Damaged item received (as detailed in Shipping Policy Section 9)
Defective product
Incorrect item shipped by us
Original shipping costs are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns.
5. Detailed Damaged/Defective Goods Handling
This section complements Section 9 of our Shipping Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us at info@aplati.shop within 14 days of receipt
Provide your order number and clear photos/video showing the issue
After verification, Aplati.shop will:
Arrange and pay for return shipping
Send a replacement new item immediately, OR
Provide full refund (item price + shipping costs) based on your preference
6. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll email a refund confirmation
Refunds are credited to your original payment method (Visa or Mastercard)
Processing time: 7-14 business days after our confirmation
Actual refund receipt time depends on your bank/credit card issuer
7. Refund Delays
If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days of our confirmation email:
Check with your bank or credit card company
Contact your card issuer - refund processing often requires additional time
