Aplati.shop operates exclusively within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our US-based warehouse.

We process and prepare all orders for shipment within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with all purchase details.
5. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We use reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your purchase is delivered efficiently. We select optimal shipping methods based on speed and cost.

Orders under $50: Standard shipping fee of $6.99
Orders $50 or more: Free shipping

7. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally or to US territories.

After your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real-time on the carrier's website.
9. Handling Damaged Goods Upon Delivery
It is your responsibility to inspect the package in the presence of the delivery carrier.
If the package shows visible damage, dents, or signs of tampering:
Do not refuse delivery
Sign for the package but write "Signed under protest - package damaged" on the carrier's delivery receipt
Immediately email photos of the damaged package and your order number to info@aplati.shop
Keep all original packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) after verification
